In this talk, we will review important principles of delineating financial questions in horary astrology. Such questions may range between profit or loss in financial transactions, buying or selling property or stock, choosing best investment option among many, or determining if business idea could bring success. We will review the role of Lot of Fortune and some fixed stars in such questions, illustrated by case studies from Elena’s practice.

Elena Lumen

Elena Lumen, Ph.D., is a traditionally trained astrologer, retired psychologist, and full- time astrology instructor. Elena is faculty at the International Academy of Astrology, where she teaches horary, predictive, and electional astrology. In addition to teaching and consulting clients, Dr. Lumen hosts weekly practice groups and frequently presents at astrological conferences and organizations. In 2011, Dr. Lumen defended her dissertation on the value and appeal of astrology as a system of meaning at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in California. NCGR and ISAR magazines have published the results of her research.
