Yvone Smith Tarnas

Yvonne Smith Tarnas MFT, Ph.D., is a Jungian analyst in San Francisco. She has also practiced astrology since 1973. Yvonne received her doctorate at Pacifica Graduate Institute, with her dissertation titled ”Destined Meetings: Synchronicity, Intentionality, and Archetypal Meaning in the Initial Therapy Session.” Yvonne has presented her integration of psychotherapy and astrology at the California Institute of Integral Studies, the International Scientific Astrological Research conference, the North-South Jung conference, the Synchronicity: Matter and Psyche Symposium, and is a program instructor for clinicians at the Jung Institute of San Francisco.
