Erik Boen

I, Erik Boen (1960), am an inspired astrologer from Antwerpen, Belgium. I have studied German Philology and Philosophy (‘78-‘84). I have been teaching languages for over 30 years and practice astrology as a side-job for over 20 years. During my first trip to India in 1989, I came to realize there are other astrologies, not just the western tropical one. I learned about vedic or sidereal astrology. Now 30 years later, I do have a solid foundation in both sidereal and tropical astrology. I studied the western tradition with Bernadette Brady and the eastern one with David Frawley in India. I also have some knowledge of Babylonian astrology through Rumen Kolev. I am particularly interested in eclipses and their effect on individuals and nations. I always work with fixed stars, using the age-old technique of Babylon, known as parans. I keep studying astrology and bits of astronomy.
