The Expert Patient

Recently the notion of “expert patients,” who take an active role in managing their own health, is becoming increasingly accepted and welcomed by health-care professionals. Astrology is an outstanding tool for facilitating self-knowledge about the inter-relatedness of mind and body which could have important positive economic and research implications. Case-studies will be used to show how we can all become expert patients or, better still, stay as healthy as possible. Links
